1. By entering the prize draw (Free Wedding Suit Competitions) you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions.
2. The prize draw is being run by Jack Bunney Limited. Registered Limited Company 00598963.
Eligibility to enter
3. The prize draw is open to entrants over 18 years of age. Jack Bunney Limited staff and family are excluded from the prize draw.
4. In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.
5. A maximum of one entry per individual is permitted.
6. The prize draw is free to enter.
How to enter
7. The Prize Draw can only be entered by those attending the Nation Wedding Show at London’s Excel Centre over the Weekend of the 19th and 20th of October 2024. Only those who register on the mailing list at this event can be entered in to the draw. To be entered in to the draw you must register your name and email via QR code supplied at the event.
8. To enter the prize draw use the supplied QR code to enter your details and agree both the marketing and Terms and Conditions tick boxes.
9. Jack Bunney Limited will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate.
The prize
10. The prize will be one Made to Measure Suit up to the value of £1500.00
11. One Made to Measure Suit is the only prize to be awarded. If the value of your selected prize is less than £1500.00 no award, product or cash prize will make up the balance.
12. The winner will be drawn at random.
13. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
14. We reserve the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or higher value if
circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.
15. The decision of Jack Bunney regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
Winner announcement
16. The winner will be notified after 31st October 20024 via the email provided during subscription.
17. Jack Bunney Limited will attempt to contact the winner by email up to two times.
18. If the winner does not respond to the emails notifying them of their win within 14 days of the
second email, they will lose their right to the prize, and Jack Bunney Limited reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner.
Receipt of the prize
19. The prize will be awarded on the 31st of October. The winner must claim their prize no later than the 18th of December 2024. The prize of one Made to Measure suit may take up 12 weeks to complete and requires in person fittings. (at least 3).
Data protection and publicity
20. You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the prize draw being used by Jack Bunney Limited for the purposes of administering the prize draw, and for those purposes as defined within our privacy notice.
21. All entrants may apply for details of the winning participant by contacting us at [email protected]
22. The winner agrees to the release of their first name on social media platforms.
23. An announcement of the winners first name may be made on social media platforms such as Instagram and Facebook.
24. All personal information shall be used in accordance with Jack Bunney Limited’s Privacy Notice. Limitation of Liability
25. Jack Bunney Limited does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the prize draw or being selected for a prize, save that Jack Bunney Limited does not exclude its liability for death or personal injury as a result of its own negligence.
26.Jack Bunney Limited agrees to the supply and fit of One Made to Measure Suit up to a value of £1500.00 for the winner of the prize. Subject to the terms of our usual procedure for making a Made to Measure suit are adhered to. 12 weeks lead time and timely fittings in attendance at our Upminster Shop in Essex.
General
27. Jack Bunney Limited reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
28. The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
